Structure
The low-temperature shrink dual-wall tubing for automotive wiring harnesses consists of a soft polyolefin outer layer and a hot-melt adhesive inner layer. The outer polyolefin material is insulating and flame-retardant, while the inner hot-melt adhesive provides mechanical strain relief and strong sealing.
Application
Designed for automotive wiring harnesses, this product offers effective protection for wires of different sizes or at diameter transition points, providing waterproof sealing. It shrinks at relatively low temperatures to protect the harness without being affected by high temperatures.
